Is the other charge £5 for another membership called boost?
If so this is key for better viewing with live sports.

You are best to put a payment PIN on your account to stop any future transactions without your say so.

That being said if you still don’t want boost and want a refund you have to contact live chat. Just make sure you click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
