I have no passes to show on my account, but ive just noticed ive been paying £7.99-8.99 a month from july from “NOWTV.COM/BILLINGHELP”
i won a month or 3 from the McDonald’s monopoly last year and wrongfully assumed that it would be cancelled and now have any money taken out of my account after that is up.
how do i cancel my billing?

Where it sounds to me you have a second account if there is no indication of monthly payments under My Account > Bills & Payments whilst logged in on here.
Maybe go to your playback devices and open the NowTV App on them and under the My Account section of the App see if the email address / username used is the same for all devices.
Also check all your email addresses in your name including junk and deleted folders to see any NowTV email correspondence for clues.
Finally contact live chat to see if they can track down the active account and cancel the pass and whilst speaking to live chat see if they can offer you some sort of refund.
