Billing

I was lead to believe that now tv was £11.99 a month.. I’ve had it for a couple of months and I’ve noticed I’m actually paying £20.99? 

£11.99 and then £8.99? On the same day? 

Am I paying 11.99 for now tv to have.. and then £8.99 to watch sky cinemas? 

If so that’s not how it’s been sold to me. I might aswell stick to the sky box I have at home and pay £6 extra for sky cinemas 😂

Thanks for getting in touch. 

 

Can you sign into your NOW TV account and then click on 'My Account' in the top right hand corner.

 

You can though head to either Bills & Payments or Passes & Vouchers to see what you have on your account.
