Billing

It's says my bill is due even tho it isn't till the 18th of December, also they said they're going to turn my Internet off if I don't pay??

The forum is mainly used by customer's and you will be better off asking the question directly to the NowTV Broadband Team. 

 

I don't know how you received this warning, but if it was via a telephone phone call or phone message then there is a scam going around at the moment saying that your Internet will be cut off from telephone scammers trying to get people"s bank details. 

 

To reach the NowTV Broadband Team go to My Account > Broadband & Calls whilst signed in on here and keep clicking the moving home section of the page until a telephone number appears.

 

The telephone number is for all NowTV Broadband enquiries.

Apparently I'm getting billed for last month as well even tho I only had it
put in for 11 days last month, that's what the live chat said

I won't be able to help you on this matter being a customer just like yourself.

 

I do know that when your live broadband date is activated the first payment will be on that live activation date and all other monthly payments will follow on the same date each respective month.
