Hello, I have been with now TV for 3 years now. I went to check to see y ur only taking bits of money out to find out that ur charging me more for my passes I dont really think that's fair that I have got to pay more even no I been a loyal customer. I cant afford to have different payment taken out spred though the months as I am a parent of 4 and have enuff bills to pay can u please explain why my bills gone up
