Billing

Hi, I’m currently using a 7 day free trail on Now TV which means my account should be charged after the 7 days. I created the account yesterday (13 April) and when checking my bank account today I’ve been charged? Why would this be? I’ve tried to find an email for Now TV to get it sorted directly but there isn’t one showing?

Any help? Thanks in advance.
