Your best option would be to get in touch with live chat.
If you open the link page below and click on the grey drop down arrow below Anything Else to reveal the live chat button.

Alternatively you can send them an email message on the same link or if you prefer go to My Account > My Passes under FAQ there is a section under "I think i have been incorrectly charged" where there is a link to a request form that you can complete and send to nowtv.
Also whilst in the My Account > My Passes section cancel any active passes on your account and make sure you follow the step by step on screen instructions until you get the confirmation that you have cancelled (each separate pass needs to be cancelled individually).
