Hello, I cancelled my membership back in July.. I didn’t have the money to keep paying for it so I cancelled it soon as you guys tried to take the money out my account in July.. you guys still took the money from my account and I thought okay no big deal it was only £5 and so I just left it be.. again today £5 has been took out my account and after taking it out my account again, you guys tried to take again today… what the hell!?

Not sure why you are saying “you” as you’re not addressing NOW staff on this forum. In fact no account issues will be resolved on the forum, this HAS to be done via live chat or email. 

Did you receive an email confirmation of the membership being cancelled? If not then I’m afraid you didn’t go through the cancellation process, which granted is a pain. 

For live chat make sure you click “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
