I've cancelled my account but I'm still being charged, all I get us a robot that isn't any help when I want to speak to someone

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

If it’s Broadband, you can phone, but for streaming memberships, it’s just Live Chat:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
