Billing

Got the free trial and cancelled before it expired and I have an email as proof. You still billed me £9.99 and then an additional £5.00. Refund me the ###### money you pricks.

This is a customer forum where generally other customers come on to help and post.

 

Swearing and demanding refunds won’t get you very far at all.

The £5 is a boost membership. Which is a separate membership from whatever you took on the trial, this needed to be cancelled also to prevent the £5 charge.
