My usual payment amount has been split into 2 parts , 1 to Now TV  & 1 to Now TV Billing help , any feedback would be greatly appreciated 😀

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

if you have multiple passes, or one or more passes plus NowTV Broadband, that renew on the same date, payment will now be taken on separate consecutive days from that day on.

 

The passes and Broadband will still renew on the original date.

 

This action has been taken as NowTV do not consolidate payment requests (something I think we can all agree with), and some banks were querying multiple payments taken on the same date,

 

Though I am not entirely clear from your posting above if this is the issue you are having or not.
