The charge for £7.99 would suggest you have an active entertainment pass where the £11.99 charge would be a cinema pass.
If you don't want these services then you need to go to My Account whilst logged in on here and under the Passes & Vouchers section you need to cancel them.
When you cancel a pass you need to go through all the step by step instructions on screen (approx four steps) until you get the green thumbs up cancelled confirmation.
