Billing

Hi! I last payed my account on the 16th March which meant it was due to be billed again on the 16th April which is 6 days away, but my account has been switched off and I don’t understand why because it is not due to be billed yet? I want my account unfreezing now!

If my account isn’t back on now I will be contacting police because last month use took a double payment off me, use are an absolute joke I want my account back on now

I can’t use any codes as now tv trying to take double payment, the second of which keeps declining. Spent countless hours trying to sort it out but can’t get threw to anyone knows what they’re doing.
