Billing update

I have had an email asking me to update my billing details after taking up an offer, the email states now tv can’t take the payment, I am confident the email is legitimate but I haven’t updated anything as the payment has gone through PayPal as normal, has anybody else had this issue?

I have had the exact same issue a few times today when adding different upgrades to my account and even when I have changed the account details I have again received the same email, think it must be an error because the payment has been taken from my account
