Billing issues

Hello there,

I had signed up for the 7 day free trial to the movies pass and had cancelled the pass the day before the pass ended. Days later i find out that i have been billed £11 for the movies pass, which i had not requested. What really annoys me is that i am not even able to access the movies at all ,even though i have been billed for it. I have used the form for billing issues and all i got was a lousy response saying that i cannot be refunded. Ok, but can i at least get the service that i am paying for?  I am reading comments before the covid-19 outbreak and i am seeing similar issues. Fix up NOWtv!!
