Billing errors

Hello,

There are several billing issues on my account. I have tried to join the help line but stayed for 2h  with no response!. Soooo frustrating... Here are my issues:

1) My upcoming bill (April) shows an additional charge for Anytime Calls whereas my contract is with Anytime Calls included until June 2020. Please remove the charge.

2) The Broadband performance is below the committed rate so I was given the choice between 'right to leave' or a FTTC Broadband deal at £22.99 inclusive of Anytime calls for a 1y starting 2 April 2020. But the charge in the confirmation email is £32 per month!!. Please can you correct this.

I got through the phone helpline last Tuesday and was told I would get a call back during the week and at the latest today but nobody called!! Please can you correct both issues.
