Billing Notifications

Has anyone had an email from Now TV that they are about to be billed? With four subscriptions it can get confusing if accunt holders are just billed with no warning. I have never received a billing email

For TV memberships I know for a fact you don’t get billed. Unless your payment method  is with PayPal, they send you emails for each time a payment is made. 

My payment method is PayPal and I get individual emails for each NOW transaction.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Maybe I misunderstood you. We pay but do not receive bills? Is that normal? Everything else I pay for I get a bill by some means

That’s perfectly standard practice for a streaming service. Don’t recall receiving a billing notification for my Netflix payment.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
