Billed wrong 2 months in a row

Got told cos of technical problems and no broadband for 24 hours and obviously no TV etc cos relies on internet that I could have 3 months free movies. Got billed for it last month grrr rang up got told it hadn't been added would be escalated as a complaint. Still no one has got back to me and my next bill is showing it been charged again!!!! Great customer service and can't be bothered attitude !!!!!!

My bill should be 26.00 aonth and I hav eniw been charged 33.00 for the last few months.. Why

You say your bill, are you talking about Broadband? 

 

If so when did you get your broadband package? Have you had it just over 12 months? 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
