I signed up with NOW TV yesterday, there was a deal which included Boost, but it didn't allow me to watch programmes on my TV, just my phone. Help suggested that if I use other devices it would automatically register, it didn't.
I had to sign up via Apple and the NOW app, which didn't have the same deal. So I am paying the full monthly price, and I've paid £15 for the deal. I've used the same user name/email and password on both attempts to sign up for Now. Will the deal be cancelled and the money refunded?

Make sure you don’t have duplicate accounts with the same payment details.

You’re best to ask the question with staff at NOW rather than on a customer to customer forum.
