Billed twice ?

Hello I've had direct debit come out of my bank on the 3rd and the 6th for 37.50 each 


Anyone can tell me what's going on here?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I've been billed twice too! Had my monthly TV/internet/entertainment combo of £28.98 come out on 7th August and then today they've taken the exact same amount out. I'm currently waiting to have a chat online with customer support.

Sorry for the double post - NowTV have said this is a Monzo bank issue as a few Monzo customers have been in contact today and NowTV cannot see the payments. They've advised I speak to my bank and resolve it with them...
