I am assuming this was on the same account and wasn't on two different accounts ?
This also happened to another customer where they was stung for 4 times £199 when they attempted to click on the buy button for the 10 month offer where for some reason the page didn't refresh and they rightly assumed that it didn't work first time so they tried again where they didn't realise what was going on until they received 4 separate email order confirmation receipts from NowTV.
The OP was apparently given a refund for the other 3 charges from live chat, but it will take approximately 5 working days for the refunded money to go back into their bank according to the OP.
