Billed for sports day pass

I’ve been billed for a sports pass on October 21st and November 4th, I 100% haven’t requested a sports pass not sure how to figure out how this has happened and if I’m able to get a refund ?

Day or month membership as they offer two types?

You should really put a payment PIN on your account to stop anything new starting without your say so.

Then change your password and request ALL devices to be removed just to be sure.

Then speak with staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.
