Billed for pass but no access

Hello, 

we have recently realised that our youview box won’t load our movies on now tv and when logged in on now tv stick it is saying there is no movie pass available.. however we have been billed on the 26th November 2018 for this movie pass. 

Can this be resolved? We understand our youview box may now be unsupported but we are logged into a now tv stick which should still have the movie pass if we have paid! 

Help please!!
