Anyone had any luck getting a refund because of an outage? Last week I could not watch anything one evening during my free cinema trial. Therefore it seems reasonable to add a day to my free trial.

Very unlikely as you could have used your phone as a hotspot for streaming. Speak with staff via live chat to see if there is anything they can do.

The message was clearly a Now TV message, no mention of my ISP. I’ve had a chat with the helpdesk staff and they’ve applied the credit to the account so the Now Entertainment package will be paid for from that. Satisfied.
