Hi, I have been with you 2 months and both payments have been declined, but there has been no activity on my bank, now you are saying I owe £50 when the money was there to be taken on the date. I have tried the 'bot' to help there is no way I can find to contact. I updated my car details last month but still no action. .....

Hi I have had the same issue it they didn’t even tell me which has now put me in a predicament with money as I didn’t even notice but now I had a message on the 6th saying I have 10 days to pay or I loose my broadband but they have no options to pay until they turn my broadband off and that was suppose to of happened on Saturday
