@Lisawarren14 Your problem, you should ensure that you have sufficient funds in the/your account to pay your bills



(I hasten to add that this is a customer-to-customer Community, and that response you just got was from another Now customer, and not from anyone who works for Now).

You might just get away with it; perhaps Now taking the payment will merely push you into an overdraft situation, arranged or unarranged. Or if the payment fails, Now will retry a few times before cutting off your broadband, and if that is over a day or two, your money may yet arrive in time.

Or you could ask your employer for an advance, or early payment, perhaps.

Or if not, and you get cut off, you can always call Now Broadband (150 from your landline) to pay the arrears when you do have funds, and maybe ask them if they can change your due date to one just after the week end/month end, at a time when you will be better funded.

Depending on your personal circumstances, you might qualify for Now’s social tariff; worth asking about this, if you are in receipt of benefits.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
