I’m trying to make a payment but it won’t let me confirm my card details to make the payment

Hi @Anonymous User 

There was a red service banner on the NOW Help Centre that did say NOW Broadband customers couldn't update their card details this morning.

This red service banner has now been removed which suggests the NOW technical issue may have been fixed.

Perhaps have another go to see if the problem persists.
