Bill payment taken

Says in my bills 25 pound internet paid..but my bank says 28.95 taken...where does the 3.95 go or what's it for..I haven't bought anything else no passes or anything..confuy.

Phone calls?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
