Bill overdue

I got a email like most people get when they join now tv saying that there bill is overdue but when I go to previous payments or go to the month it says I have no payments due, it always happens to me then they cut me off which is very frustrating

Sounds like a glitch, if your able to call the broadband team to find out what’s going on.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
