Bill increase…?

Hi. My broadband and calls package has increased by £3.50 but I’ve had no indication of why this is.

Can anyone explain this increase?

This has been discussed many times before. You should have received an email notification (check your spam etc).

It is however the first price increase for NOW broadband in a few years. 

If you want you can call up and have a moan to see if you can get a new deal. See link for number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Mine too and I’ve had no letter or email or any contact as to why it’s increased I’ve also had a payment today try to come out of £8:34 and not a clue what that’s for

Email would have been from Sky ( nows parent) and not from Now
