My broadband just cut off, thought i had enough in the account to cover the bill but was a couple of pounds short, just rectified it and hoped i could find a way to make payment now to reactivate broadband, but on the "Bills and Payments" (contrary to the facts and my bank balance) section it says i'm up to date with payments, is this a frontend or backend issue? how do i rectify this asap?
