Being over charged!

I have one device on my now tv, with the sky cinema pass. I am being charged twice a month £11.99

why is this?

i will cancel if this doesn’t get resolved and refunded.

  • Hi Im currently having the same problem but with my broad band it tel mes that it was paid 24th if June and 48 pound has been taken out I am. Trying to make an payment to and it just doesn't give you a option to pay like if your late on your bills or money issues,
  • I would like if NOWTV will make an option for other users to pay and make things alot easier for other people that's like me and with your compilents to not speak to a robot cause it just doesn't not know how to answer the questions that's given and tbh it's really frustrating

You won’t get very far on the customer community, you’ll be best to call the broadband team to sort anything broadband related.
