Being charged

Since March 2022 I have had 3 payments every month ranging from £5.00 too £11.98 for Boost, Cinema and Ents.

I have never had either of these packages and I don’t have any subscriptions on my Now account apart from my Now Wi-Fi that I still pay for.

I have tried every way to get in contacts with NowTV and I’ve had no look.

my bank can only refund me back 7 transactions even though there’s over 31 transactions.

has anyone had this problem or know how or who I can speak to to get it sorted?!

Then use the method provided by @redchiz1 to get in touch with staff.

I cancelled membership in 2021 and have found out through fraud dept at my bank that I've been charged monthly! I've tried various ways of contacting NOWTV but so far have had no results..

When you say "no results" do you mean you haven't managed to get in touch, or they haven't been able to help?
