Being charged without it appearing on my account

I am being charged  on my credit card for an Ents pass which I didn’t ask for and which is not appearing on either of my membership logins (one is my partner’s but I pay). It means there is no way to cancel and I’m getting charged every month. I want it cancelled and a refund. Please help.
