Being charged from old account

I have an old account attached to an email I no longer have access to. Now TV entertainment membership has been coming out of my account ever since. I can’t log onto this account to cancel it. What should I do?

Go onto live chat to see about getting refunded. You have to click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

You could also email support using the address from the below picture.
