Being charged for the internet that never worked

I paid the new customer fee (50 pounds) and  was told that my internet was going to be activated in 2 weeks. The date came and nothing worked soI tried contacting now TV (via chat and calls) 10x in one month to try and sort it out. I received an email saying my account was being cancelled so I called again and they said my problem was sorted and that I'd have internet 5 days later. 2 months later, here I am, trying to ask for a refund for a PRODUCT I PAID AND NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO USE and they say that my account was activated so I'm not eligible for the refund. I tried contacting a manager but again, the terrible customer service makes everything difficult. 

If you are thinking about starting a contract with NOWTV I do not recommend as they are never able to solve any of your problems. 3 months since I activated it and still nothing. A shame.
