How do I find out what I am paying for as an extra when I go on to my account it shows just my broadband but I have two charges coming out of my bank account one at the start of the month one at the end

If you called broadband support and said it’s not a broadband payment, I would suggest live chat for TV memberships. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

Thanks for that. Now streaming membership payments are usually of the form :-
NOW [5 character code] [ENTS/CINEMA/BOOST or, presumably, SPORTS or HAYU]
Rings no bells? I asked what the amount was, as we can deduce things from that; but did you not want to divulge it?

That’s either a discounted Sports membership, or a duplicated Broadband subscription.
It might be worth putting your name and the last four digits of your card number in at:-

and see if it turns up a duplicate - or at least, another account you have that this charge might be from.

Did you follow @gavs82008 advice and contact Live Chat, to see if they can shed any light on this?
Otherwise, pick the payment that Now Broadband support told you isn’t a broadband payment, and proceed as here:-
Slightly different circumstances, but if Now can’t tell you what it’s for, pull the plug on it and see who screams. Don’t forget the email to Now covering yourself, so you don’t get sued.
