I cancelled my subscriptions around a year and half ago. I've looked through my bank statements and every month £9.99 is being taken of NOWTV. How can I go around getting my details removed and my money back, as last time I tried NOWTV denied taking any money, even though I have my proof on my bank statements. I'm getting to the point where I WILL contact trading standards.
