Hi,
I was offer deal before christmas for x1 month of Entertainment, Sky cinema and kids pass for £11.99
I cancelled it before the 22nd of January as I only wanted it over the christmas period, It now says your still trying to take payment for entertainment pass even though I cancelled!
Would just like to know your thoughts on this as I'm not happy I'm being charged for something I no longer want.
