Hi so I’ve been charged for my “package” £9.99 then just had my bank ping saying 4.99 was taken for hay u which I didn’t select that I wanted ?? I have now cancelled but don’t know how to get money back ? Thanks Lou

With regards to refunds you need to go through live chat (click on the green chat online button from this link page below).

Also if you haven't done it already setup a payment pin on your account.
