Been charged for boost when I didn’t tick it

Hi I’ve been charged for boost but I didn’t click it and now I can’t talk to anyone about it

Just to add to what @gavs82008 said, you don’t have to tick it, Now will ‘inertia sell’ it to you 😢

To avoid it, you have to untick it at purchase time, or Cancel it during the trial period.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
