Been charged even though I cancelled my pass, which was from a mcdonnalda prize code

Anyone know why I’ve been charged on my card. 9.99 even though I’ve cancelled everything and made sure of it. I’m not happy with this, and I checked my bank for something else for “now tv payment of £9.99” to have gone through when I no longer use now tv..
