Hey,
I can see that I have payed for my passes as I do every month. However there is a message saying that the last payment couldn’t be taken. I cannot use my entertainment pass at the moment and surely it will only be a matter of time before my movies pass stops working as well. I have tried to look for a email address or number so I can get in contact be there is nothing.
what should I do as I don’t want to be charged again and I have paid for a service which I cannot use.
