Bad customer service and connection on site!!

I was seriously considering taking out broadband with now tv after there ‘free trial’ tv but I don’t think I’ll bother! Money-making scam rip off merchants!! *smallprint on broadband offers says prices change at any time and I’ve read numerous comments about it jumping up by £15/20 per month with no warning and I took a free trial out with tv side and cancelled few days before it ended (I had plans on taking it out once I’d sorted broadband) but my cancellation diddnt ‘get through’ till ‘after 7 days were up’ so I’ve been charged over £25 in total (3 passes) for a service I can’t use!!!!!!!! Fudge you now tv!!!!!

If you really want to complain, you are best to go to the source and head to Live chat. As this is a customer forum it’s highly unlikely Now TV staff will see your “post”
