I had a NOW tv membership until last month, when I went with a BT tv package, which includes NOW and Netflix. I'm able to get NOW tv on the main tv through the BT box, but I have a roku stick on the spare room tv, which I did use to access NOW on my own account. Is it possible to use this device now, as well as the BT box, to access NOW, or is my access strictly limited to the BT box ? Hope that makes sense.
Thanks

Yes you can.
Have a read of these BT help articles in the link below.
https://www.bt.com/help/tv/learn-about-tv/channels-and-packages/now-tv-on-bt-tv
You need to login into the NOW App on other playback devices with your BT TV NOW login details which BT would have emailed you.
If you have no luck, either try the BT TV Community Forum or BT TV telephone help support.

Hi, thanks very much for that. I had an email from BT about the Netflix part of the package, but I can't see one about NOW. I'll ask on the BT link that you provided.
Thanks again.
