Can someone help me please? I've changed my direct debit details and NOWTV have failed to take the payment this is for my broadband, I've now received an email stating my services will go off in ten days I cannot make a call to them their online chat is down, does anyone know how to make a payment online?

I am not a broadband customer, so I am unsure of the procedure to follow with your issue.
What I can recommend is to fill in the below form and hopefully you get a quick response. There is a freephone number that you can find on the link too, but with the lock-down I can't recall if this is also down.
