My broadband live date was delayed by about a week and a half. When I looked into this the NOWTV guidance said I would be auto compensated for this delay however I haven’t received any credit to my account and have been being charged normally.
its almost impossible to talk to NOWTV so was wondering how I am meant to progress with this??
