Auto compensation

Can someone contact me regarding this. Only joined this week but was over two weeks late and charged me on day installed which is very cheeky.

No-one will contact you on this forum I’m afraid as the forum is primarily used by customers. Your best option is to call the broadband team to get it sorted.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
