Hello. I had a 2 week free trial for Now TV Cinema. I cancelled the renewal. I have today been charged for the 2 week trail plus next months bill. My account confirms I do not have a Cinema Pass but that I will continue to be charged for it. I’ve tried speaking to the Chat Bot but it’s going round in circles. I need to speak to a human to resolve this.

There is a form you can fill out for "incorrect charge" but don't hold your breath.

WTF? How can they get away with charging me for a service I don’t have? I have a note my account confirming the Feb charge for the cinema pass but also confirmation that I don’t HAVE the cinema pass??
