I am an existing member with a monthly rolling broadband and anytime call contract. I noticed the 12 months broadband contract is much cheaper than what I am paying now. Can I change my contract to the 12 months broadband deal?
I tried doing that in my account but no option available to do that.
You need to call the broadband team. Can’t see why not though.
